Self Defense in New York

Natalie earned her black belt in Shotokan Karate in 2008 and continued to teach martial arts/ self defense throughout the years. Brooklyn born and raised, but resides in New Jersey now and works professionally as a personal trainer. She identifies as Dominican and queer, and always aspires to empower others who share a story similar to hers.
